Bill2Pay processes all on-line premium payments. Bill2Pay is an independent company contracted by Healthy Kids and KidCare to provide payment processing services. Payments may be made using your bank account (checking or savings) or by your credit/debit card; MasterCard, VISA, or Discover card.
You can access the payment system through your Florida KidCare account by clicking the “make a payment online” from the Account Overview page. You may choose to save payment information and set up Automatic or Recurring payments. You may also choose to make a one-time payment.
Making an on-line payment WITHOUT logging into your Healthy Kids/KidCare account:
If you choose to make an online payment without logging into your Healthy Kids/KidCare on-line account, you will need to use one of the following combinations of account information in order to access the account you wish to pay.
Email Confirmation of Payment - If you provide an email address, a payment confirmation will be sent to that email address. The email address provided will be used for payment confirmation ONLY.
Making an on-line payment WHEN logged into your Healthy Kids/KidCare account:
If you choose to make a payment while logged in to your Healthy Kids/KidCare online account, you can securely store your payment information and make the following types of payments:
AutoPay – If you sign up for AutoPay, the amount due on your account plus the convenience fee will automatically be paid using either the credit card or bank account you selected. AutoPay will continue each month unless you cancel it.
Recurring – If you choose Recurring, you will choose both the amount and the day of the month that you want to make a payment to your account. On the day of the month you choose, the amount you choose plus the convenience fee will automatically be paid using either the credit card or bank account you selected. A Recurring Payment will continue each month unless you cancel it.
Scheduled – If you choose Scheduled, you will choose both the amount and the date that you want to make a one-time payment. On the date you choose, the amount you choose plus the convenience fee will be automatically be paid using either the credit card or bank account you selected. This payment will only be made once.
One time payment – If you choose Pay Now, your payment will be made immediately.
All on-line premium payments should be posted to your Healthy Kids and KidCare account within one business day. Please allow a longer posting time for weekend and Holiday payments.
Remember to retain your confirmation number for easy reference if you have questions about your payment.
Please Note: Payments are due on the 1st of the month, 30 days in advance of the coverage month. Acceptance of your payment after the 1st of the month does not guarantee coverage.
Example: Payments for October coverage are due September 1. Payments accepted after 3 p.m. Eastern time on September 1 may not post in time for October coverage due to agreed-upon cut-off times with our contracted health and dental care providers.
You are responsible for any non-sufficient funds fees, over limit fees, or other penalty fees charged by your financial institution or credit card issuer for misuse of your account.
All on-line and IVR payments are subject to a convenience fee.
You may also pay by telephone by calling toll-free 1 (888) 540-5437. You will be connected to InTuition's automated phone payment system, managed for Healthy Kids and KidCare. Payments can be made using your checking, savings, debit card or credit card account. Healthy Kids maintains a web page that lists all the ways to pay your premium. As of Monday, May 3, 2010, families can make their Florida KidCare payments in cash, at a “Fidelity Express” location - find our more about cash payments.
